We pick you up at the Galataport terminal exit and build every shore excursion itinerary backwards from your all-aboard time. We track ship schedules, know Istanbul traffic patterns, and keep a one-hour buffer built into every cruise tour. In eight years of running shore excursions, we have never had a guest miss their ship. That record matters to us — and it should matter to you.

We don’t have a call centre. You message us directly, and one of us replies — usually within 15 minutes during the day (GMT+3). We’re available for questions before your trip, the morning of your tour, and after if you need anything. If you message us at 11pm the night before asking about pickup logistics, you’ll get an answer.
💶 Pay After Your Tour — Zero Upfront Cost
No deposit. No credit card at booking. No cancellation fees. You pay cash directly to your guide at the end of the tour — in euros or Turkish lira, whichever works for you. This policy exists because we believe you should only pay for an experience you’re happy with. In eight years, we’ve never had a guest walk away unsatisfied.
🗺 Free Cancellation Up to 24 Hours Before
Plans change. We understand that. Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour and there’s nothing to pay — no forms, no fees, no friction. Just send us a message. The only exception is last-minute cancellations inside 24 hours, where we may apply a partial fee since your guide has reserved their full day for you.
📍 Hotel or Cruise Port Pickup — Always Included
We meet you at your hotel lobby or at the Galataport terminal exit — whichever applies. No navigating to a meeting point in an unfamiliar city. No waiting in a group queue. Your guide will be there with a name sign, on time, ready to go. The pickup is included in the tour price for every single tour we offer.
🌍 English, German & Spanish — Fluent
Our guides conduct tours in English, German, and Spanish. If you’re travelling with family members who are more comfortable in another language, tell us when you book and we’ll make sure the right guide is with you. We don’t offer “basic” language capability — we mean genuinely fluent, confident, historically knowledgeable guides in all three.
